Work with me

Therapy is different for everyone. But at its heart, it’s a space where you can be seen, heard and supported. A space to talk openly about whatever’s going on for you, without judgement or pressure.

I work relationally and collaboratively, which means I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. You are. My role is to be alongside you with care, honesty and curiosity, helping us make sense of your thoughts, emotions, relationships and patterns together.

Sessions are tailored to you and your needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all. Some people come with a clear issue in mind. Others just know something doesn’t feel right. Either way, you’re welcome here.

Who I work with

I support adults with a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

Anxiety, stress and burnout

Anxiety can be relentless - showing up as racing thoughts, restlessness, a tight chest, or a constant sense of pressure. You might feel on edge, exhausted, or like you’ve reached your limit.

I use a combination of talking therapy and nervous system-informed techniques to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and mind and gently build ways to feel calmer, more in control and more connected to yourself.

Family and relationship difficulties

Our early relationships shape how we relate to others. Sometimes those patterns can leave us feeling stuck, unheard, or resentful.

With a background in childcare and deep experience working with families, I can help you explore these dynamics safely.

Together, we’ll look at what’s being repeated, what still fits and what you might want to shift in how you relate - whether that’s with a partner, parent, child or yourself.

Parenting and becoming a parent

Parenting can bring up a lot - pressure to get it “right”, uncertainty about what that even means and memories of your own upbringing.

I bring both therapeutic training and real-life experience in family support, giving us a grounded starting point to explore what feels difficult, where it comes from and how to move forward in a way that works for you and your child.

Low confidence, identity struggles or perfectionism

You might be constantly striving, never feeling quite enough or unsure who you are underneath all the expectations.

My work is collaborative and non-judgemental. We explore these patterns with curiosity, not criticism.

Clients often say they feel truly seen in our sessions, which helps us begin to reconnect with a stronger sense of self and, with it, greater confidence and ease.

Feeling stuck, lost or overwhelmed

Sometimes life just doesn’t feel like it fits anymore.

You might not have the words - only the sense that something is off. Many of my clients come to me feeling like this.

Our work begins gently, creating enough space between you and the overwhelm to begin understanding what’s happening, what matters to you now and what next step feels possible.

Grief and life transitions

Loss and change - even wanted change - can bring up feelings of sadness, disorientation or confusion about who you are now.

Whether you’re grieving someone or something, therapy offers a space to pause and reflect.

My approach is patient and respectful; we won’t rush or fix. We’ll honour your experience and help you find a sense of meaning or direction in the midst of it.

These experiences often come with mixed emotions - grief, guilt, anger, confusion - and questions that don’t always have clear answers. Our work together creates a space to explore all of it, with warmth, respect and care.

While I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, I particularly support:

9

Women in midlife and beyond, who are ready to make space for themselves and explore what comes next

9

Parents navigating complex family dynamics, whether in the thick of parenting or reflecting on how they were parented

9

Adult children managing difficult or limited relationships with their parents, looking to understand and untangle old patterns

9

Young adults (18+) facing big life changes, emotional overwhelm or uncertainty about who they are and where they’re headed

How We Can Work Together

I offer therapy in three formats, depending on what feels most supportive:

9

In person – from my private practice in Oxted, Surrey

9

Online – via secure video call

9

Walk and talk – outdoors, in nature

Many clients find walk and talk sessions particularly helpful when feeling stuck, disconnected or overwhelmed. Being outside can offer a sense of calm and freedom that’s hard to access in a room.

Whatever format you choose, sessions are always guided by your needs, pace and comfort level.

Prices

Online, walk and talk and in person sessions all start from £75 for 50 minutes.

Blocks of 4 sessions are available and start from £280
